Super Hero Birthday Party

Bonk! I can't believe how it all came together, but I made my son's 5th birthday party a SUPER fun time for him and his friends.

For my son's 5th birthday I decided to throw my first kids party.  The most stressful part of the planning was coming up with activities for twenty 5 year olds.

DECORATIONS-
Cupcake toppers, banner signs, Napkin rings were all designed by myself.  I decided to use the general super hero logos.  My son's favorite hero is Batman so I went with the Justice League characters.  I also used Red, Blue, Yellow, and Black as my main theme colors.

SUPER HERO MASKS-
Every super hero needs to have a mask.  I wanted to provide masks for all of the kids, but wanted to keep it cheap so I bought EVA Foam at the local craft store and traced out masks.  After cutting out the masks I tied elastic onto each mask.  The masks were then also used as our activity.  I bought stickers, letters, and let the kids decorate their masks.

PARTY FAVORS-
I wanted to keep with the them of the party so I shopped around at stores and on the internet for all the goodies.  I found Justice league pencils and temporary tattoos at Michael's a local craft shop.  Spider man Fruit snacks.
